Liaison Blanc is the product of a love affair between a thirty-month-old mixed fermentation sour ale and Chenin Blanc grape must from our friends at Dashe Cellars.  The final blend flirts with all the qualities beloved in the Chenin Blanc grape-notes of crisp green apple, earthy pear and a stunningly refined slate minerality.  The mature oak-aged sour ale offers a sturdy backbone of delicious tartness and a gentle touch of intriguing farmhouse funk.  Liaison Blanc is an unforgettably amourous affair!
