WeldWerks Cactus Canyon

Double India Pale Ale brewed with real agave and Citra, Belma and Barbe Rouge hops Cactus Canyon features pronounced herbal notes, that come across as bitterness. The hops that were chosen to bring a tropical and berry fruitiness (Citra and Belma) to play well with the agave sweetness, and the Barbe Rouge (which is a French hop) was selected to match the earthiness that you would expect to find from fermented agave. Much like the now foregone Country Western bar that once served as a Greeley mainstay, we foresee Cactus Canyon living in infamy long past its arrival on the scene.
