Pineapple is one of those fruits that are loved and hated. Amazing in a Pina Colada, decent in a fruit salad, outright disgraceful on pizza. We put it in a beer – we put a lot of it in a beer. In the glass, 1 Ton of Pineapple might look like a hazy IPA but fear not, it’s just Pineapple juice.
