As one of our all time favorite beer styles, traditional Belgian Kriek bier is made with a base of lambic, steeped in macerated cherries, and allowed to referment and age over a given amount of time. Our take on this most delicious style of beer consists of 5 varietals: Lapin, Black Republican, Bing, Van, and Montmorency cherries; all aged on our aged hop lambic influenced base beer blend.
