St. Peter’s Brewery is a microbrewery in Bungay, Suffolk, England that was established by John Murphy in 1996. It was built in former agricultural buildings near the St. Peter’s Hall landmark. St. Peter’s Brewery focuses on producing real ale and cask ales with about 80 percent of its beers being bottled. The brewery currently has twelve beer specialties and six seasonal. St. Peter’s Brewery uses water from deep-bore holes along with barley malt and Kentish hops. The brewery takes pride in crafting organic beers and gluten-free beers. As part of its expansion, St. Peter’s Brewery also operates another brewpub in Clerkenwell, London.
