Ninkasi Brewing Company a microbrewery located in Eugene, Oregon. It started its operation in 2006 soon after it was founded by Jamie Floyd and Nikos Ridge. The brewery depends on unique flavors of hops from the Pacific Northwest, malted barley, yeasts and water from the McKenzie River to create fine flavors of beers in different styles. Indian Pale Ale was the first beer produced by the Ninkasi Brewing Company. The rest of its flagship beers, such as the Double Red Ale, Double Indian Ale and Oatmeal Stout followed thereafter. Ninkasi Brewing Company produces over 40 beers for local and nationwide distribution.
