Brasserie Fantôme was created in 1988, on the initiative of Dany Prignon and his father . Having worked for a few years in various tourist groups, Dany hopes to "revive" a little more his village, his town, his region, and seeks a local attraction, hence the interest in ancient recipes of table beers .
