Almanac Brewing Company specializes in the production of seasonal artisan ales. Founded in 2010 by Jesse Friedman and Damian Fagan around San Francisco Bay Area, the Almanac Brewery is designed to create variety of beers that are greatly inspired by different kinds of brewing traditions from all over the world. Almanac Brewery uses the farm-to-barrel brewing method, which involves picking out the best fruits to be mixed into beers. Ever since it started, the brewery continues to thrive through partnership with different farms in Northern California that supply the fruits for its brewing process of seasonal beers.
