Captain Fatty's

New beers coming from Captain Fatty's along with one collaboration with Slo Brew.  First up is, Good Vibrations, a kettle sour packed to the brim with over 500 lb of Pink Guava and Mango (equal parts) from Oregon Fruit. Bright tart acidity is tempered by residual guava and mango sweetness, for a smooth and rounded drinking experience. One sip will have you daydreaming of times without a work desk in your kitchen and unmuted co-workers on your Zoom calls. Next up is, The Truth, a hazy IPA bursting of big juicy, citrus flavors.  Hopped w/ plentiful amounts of Azacca, Citra, Simcoe & Ekaunot. Notes of melon, berry, orange peel, lime, papaya, pine & fresh peppers.  The collab with Slo Brew is a kettle sour with 300lbs of local California Daisy Mandarins zested and squeezed fresh. Known for it's rich flavor and sweet-tart balance, Daisies bring a bright aroma, juicy body and lingering acidity to the brew.  Check them out Here.
